The given yeast strain has been specially developed for fermentation in strongly acidic apple medium. Reveals and maximizes the natural taste of apples, strawberries, pears and elderberries. It is suitable for absolutely all types of cider and perfectly saturates bottled drink.
Just pour the contents of the package (10g) in a 100-150ml into a warm water at 25-35°C. Mix gently and let it brew for 20 minutes. Then pour the yeast into the wort. The temperature difference between must and mixture should not exceed 10°C.
