Ambrosia French Brandy – An extremely high end cognac style liqueur, made using only the finest quality materials. Simply add the contents of this bottle to 750ml of base alcohol and shake until fully blended. Drink neat or with cola or orange.
Rum Spices – Rum spice is a spiced liquor based on rum. Drink neat or mixed with juice or carbonated drinks.
Calvados – An apple brandy matured in oak casks. Simply add the contents of this bottle to 750ml of base alcohol and shake until it is fully blended. Drink as an accompaniment to coffee/sweets.
Brandy – A superior old pale colour with the complex flavour of long oak-ageing, this is a very popular mild brandy. Simply add the contents of this bottle to 750ml of base alcohol and shake until the contents have fully bonded.
London Gin – A spiced liquor with a pronounced flavour of Juniper. Simply add the contents of this bottle to 750ml of base alcohol and shake until it is fully blended. Mix with tonic, Schweppes Russian etc., or as a Dry Martini by mixing with Vermouth.
Raspberry Vodka – A light, fresh raspberry flavour. Simply add the contents of this bottle to 750ml of base alcohol and shake until it is fully blended. Drink neat, in tall drinks or mixed with carbonated drinks.
Ouzo – A strong flavoured Greek aniseed liqueur. Simply add the contents of this bottle to 750ml of base alcohol and shake until fully blended. Drink neat or mixed with carbonated drinks.
Black Sambuca – A richly spiced aniseed liqueur with origins in Italy. Pour 750ml of base alcohol into a 1 litre jug, add the contents of this bottle and 160g of granulated sugar and stir thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture into a 1 litre bottle and shake until it is fully blended.
Baccara Rum – A strong rum with a sweet taste and the character of a heavy Caribbean rum made from blackstrap molasses. Add a further teaspoon of molasses to give the taste of added cocoa/chocolate. It takes a couple of weeks to blend in but is certainly worth it. Simply add the contents of this bottle to 750ml of base alcohol and shake until fully blended.
Marty Romin Brandy – A mild, cognac style liquor. Simply add the contents of this bottle to 750ml of base alcohol and shake until fully blended. Drink neat or mix with carbonated drinks or chocolate milk.
Regents Scotch Whisky – Regent’s Whisky is a mild and soft whisky. Drink neat or mixed with carbonated drinks. Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle into a 75 cl (US 25 fl oz) bottle. Fill 3/4 full with vodka and shake until the sugar has dissolved.
Extra Dark Jamaica Rum – A classic dark Jamaican rum of the highest quality. Simply add the contents of this bottle to 750ml of base alcohol and shake until fully blended. This has a very distinctive nose and a pungent taste unique to that blend, some describe this as a butterscotch taste but others liken it to burnt rubber which is a term often used to describe some of the darker and more pungent rums.
Hunters Schnapps – A dry, half-bitter herb liqueur, similar to Jaigermeister. Pour 750ml of base alcohol int a 1 litre jug, add the contents of this bottle and 100g of granulated sugar and stir thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture into a 1 litre bottle and shake until it is fully blended. Drink as a spirit chased by beer or mixed with tonic, orange juice, soft drinks etc.
Moscow Vodka – A classic Russian vodka. Simply add the contents of this bottle to 750ml of base alcohol and shake until fully blended.
Irish Whiskey – Irish Whisky is a light, mild whiskey with a hint of peat in its aftertaste. Excellent for Irish Coffee or mixed in drinks.
Apple Vodka – A light, fresh apple flavour. Simply add the contents of this bottle to 750ml of base alcohol and shake until it is fully blended. Drink neat, in long drinks or mixed with carbonated drinks.
Golden Tequila Anejo – has a pale amber tint with a deep vanilla and pickling spice nose. A round, bouyant entry leads to an off-dry medium body with sweet toffee, brown spice, salt, leather, tobacco and green pepper flavours. It finishes gracefully with a fruity, agave-driven fade. Simply add the contents of this bottle to 750ml of base alcohol and shake until it is fully blended.
Banana Liqueur – is a classic fruit liqueur. Drink as fruit liqueur or in tall drinks. Why not make a “San Francisco” with vodka, orange juice and Grenadine.
Coco Rum – Rum and coconut, some of the best part of the tropics and an excellent drink. This one is best “one the rocks”. Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 200 grams (7 oz) of granulated sugar into a 75 cl (US 25 fl oz) bottle. Fill 3/4 full with vodka and shake until the sugar has dissolved.
After Hour (Mint Chocolate ) – A social drink with the smell and taste of mint chocolate. Serve well cooled in a shot glass or use as a mixer. Pour 750ml of alcohol into a 1 litre jug, add the contents of this bottle and 250g of granulated sugar and stir thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture into a 1 litre bottle and shake until it is fully blended.
Blue Curacao – Traditionally made with the dried peels of the ‘haraha’ fruit, a bitter orange native to Curacao. Pour 750ml of base alcohol into a 1 litre jug, add the contents of this bottle and 200g of granulated sugar and stir thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture into a 1 litre bottle and shake until it is fully blended.
Irish Cream – An Irish whisky based liqueur with cream and chocolate. Pour 750ml of base alcohol into a 1 litre jug, add the contents of this bottle and 210g of sugar and stir thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved. pour the mixture into a 1 litre bottle and and shake until it is fully blended.
Mia Theresa (Coffee) – An exciting coffee liqueur blended from only the finest ingredients, good as a mixer or ‘on the rocks’. Pour 750ml of base alcohol into a 1 litre jug, add the contents of this bottle and 210g of granulated sugar and stir thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture into a 1 litre bottle and shake until it is fully blended.
Sambuca – An Italian anise-flavoured liqueur, usually colourless. Pour 750ml of base alcohol into a 1 litre jug, add the contents of this bottle and 160g of granulated sugar and stir thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture into a 1 litre bottle and shake until it is fully blended.
Blueberry Vodka – A clear vodka with the fruity, well blended taste of blueberries. Simply pour the contents of this bottle into 750ml of base alcohol and stir until it is fully blended. Drink neat, in long drinks or mixed with carbonated drinks.
