Saflager W-34/70 – This famous yeast strain from Weihenstephan in Germany is used in the brewing industry for production of a wide range of lager/pilsner beers. Saflager W-34/70 allows to brew beers with a good balance of floral and fruity aromas and gives clean flavours and high drinkable beers. Each sachet treats approx. 10 to 15 Litres

SafLager S-23 – Genuine bottom fermenting commercial yeast for lager and pilsner beers production. Its lower attenuation profile gives beers with a good length on the palette.

SafAle US-05 – American ale yeast producing well balanced beers with a very clear and crisp end palate.

SafAle S-04 – English ale yeast selected for the production of a large range of ales. Fast fermentation. English ale yeast which produces a clear and fruity beer.

SafAle WB-06 – A speciality yeast selected for wheat beer fermentations. Produces subtle estery and phenol flavour notes typical of wheat beers. Works very well in all types of south German wheat beers.

SafAle S-33 – General purpose yeast for the production of a varied range of top fermented special beers – Belgian type wheat beers, Trappists, etc. Its low attenuation gives beers with a very good length on the palette. Creates a beer with a fine cloudiness.

SafAle T-58 – Speciality yeast selected for its estery somewhat peppery and spicy flavour development. It is well suited for making Belgian Trappist style beers.

SafAle BE-256– Yeast recommended to brew abbey type beer known for their high alcohol content. It ferments very fast and reveals subtle and well-balanced aromas.

Saflager S-189 – Swiss yeast for neutral flavor beers with a high drinkability.

Safale K-97 – German ale yeast, selected for fine Belgian type wheat beers characterized by a good lenght on the palate.
