Our Master Brewers have produced a range of premium malt extracts, made from Australia’s finest 2-row barley. Coopers unique low temperature evaporation method allows us to maximise the natural flavour and colour characteristics of the malt. Great as adjuncts to your brews or used as a base to create your own recipes.
Light – The addition of Thomas Coopers Light Malt, made from Pale Malt and Barley, will improve the body, flavour, aroma and head retention.
Amber – The addition of Thomas Coopers Amber Malt, made from a blend of Pale and Crystal Malts, will increase the depth of colour, aroma and flavour.
Dark – The addition of Thomas Coopers Dark Malt, made from Pale and Roasted Malts, will greatly increase the depth of colour, aroma and flavour.
Wheat – The addition of Thomas Coopers Wheat Malt, made from Malted Wheat and Pale Malt, will result in a softer mouth-feel and improved head retention.
Use the whole can in a brew or use part of the can and store the remainder in a sanitised jar in the fridge until next required.
